It consists of the following stages: 1) positioning of the bulkheads (dams) in the ground until a suitable depth is achieved; 2) excavation of the first basement; 3) concreting, in the region of the first basement, of the pillars of the structure, around the nailed stakes, and also of the walls for supporting the first basement; 4) concreting of the pillars and of the floor of the ground floor; 5)concreting of the pillars and of the floor of the first floor; 6) excavation of the second basement; 7) concreting of the pillars and walls for supporting the second basement; and, 8) continuation of construction of the structure in this way until it has been completed. The invention considerably reduces construction times as it allows various construction stages to be carried out simultaneously. <IMAGE>
