PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain an emulsion fluid in a stable state with good efficiency, by vibrating the vibration plate provided in a cylinder by utilizing kinetic energy of a supplied fluid and mixing two kinds of liquids by said vibration. CONSTITUTION:A main body 2 and a sub-body 3 are connected through a cylinder 14 and a slider 4, which is inlaid with the through-hole 7 communicated with an oil supply port 11 in a freely slidable manner and of which the position can be minutely adjusted from the outside, is formed in the side of the main body 2. A free end side is arranged in the cylinder 14, in such a state that one set of control plates 8 inlaid with the through-hole 10 formed to the partition plate 9 between the body 2 and the body 3 are fixed not only to the leading end of the slider 4 but also to the leading end of the shaft 3 fixed to the side of the body 3 along the axial direction, and the vibration plate 15 fixed to a bracket 16 is provided at the position opposed to the through-hole 10 in the free end side. Further, the through-hole 10 is communicated with a water supply port 12 and the cylinder 14 having the vibration plate 15 received therein is communicated with a drain port 17. |
