PURPOSE:To efficiently execute the processing by constituting the system so that even in the case a storage device is not backed up by a nonvolatilizing mechanism, it can be used in the case data is effective. CONSTITUTION:In the case a regular power source is supplied to a storage device 11 by a unit power control part 12, a state that effectiveness of a data base on the storage device 11 is held is recognized by a fact that a flag 19 is displaying a turn-on state of the regular power source. Also, in the case the flag 19 is displaying a turn-off state of the regular power source, whether backup by a nonvolatilizing mechanism 13 functions or not is recognized by information of a status 18. In such a way, an operating system 16 decides correctly with regard to effectiveness of data in the case backup does not function, based on the status 18 and the flag 19, and executes use of the data in the case it is effective. In such a way, the processing can be executed efficiently. |
