METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF MEDICINE MIRROR FOR SINGLE USE

The method is proposed the for use in the field of medical treatment and more particularly in dentistry for visualising of tooth surfaces and other tiny objects in the oral cavity, as well as for distracting soft tissues. It has good reflecting and mirror properties, colour precision of the reflected object. The protective layer makes the reflective metal surface resistant to chemical attack. Disposable use does not allow the spread of infections. The mirror is prepared by applying a 30 to 40 nm thick aluminium layer on a suitably sized non-conducting( preferably plastic) basic plate by means of vacuum sputtering or evaporation by electron rays, and further coating of the metal surface with a protective layer of silica, aluminium nitride or dialuminium trioxide having a thickness of 30 to 45 nm.
