<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time, by setting on a memory a production program reserved table which makes the production time showing the production capacity of equipment per unit time corresponding to delivery, and registering it with a production program reserved table value being changed after performing the arithmetic processing. CONSTITUTION:The production time showing the production capacity of equipment per unit hour and delivery are input in advance from an input device 1, and a production program reserved table which makes the production time corresponding to delivery by the processing of an arithmetic processing unit 2 is set on a memory 3. In the case of reserving the product of (a) item number whose continuous necessary production days are three days and whose delivery is 6th April, for instance, the value A=6 of the production program reserved table on 6th April is referred in the arithmetic processing unit 2, this production program reversed table value '6' and the necessary production days B=3 of the product concerned are compared, and the production of the product concerned is reserved on the equipment, in case of A>=B. The production allocation of the product of (a) item number is registered by performing the arithmetic processing with the production program reserved table being changed as shown by (b).</p> |
