摘要 PURPOSE:To make possible an accurate and stable alignment supply to a finishing process without using an alignment function applying vibrations by a method wherein the title device is provided with a means for aligning electronic components while the means transfer the components to the transfer direction on the top end parts of a plurality of sheets of alignment plates and induction inclined plates. CONSTITUTION:The positions of the top ends of a plurality of sheets of alignment plates 10, 10a and 10b constituted continuously by a hopper part 2 are formed high as the plates reach to the side of the transfer direction. The lower ends of the plates 10, 10a and 10b are respectively made to link to cams 19, 19a and 19b, the plates 10, 10a and 10b are freely moved up and down in order by driving the cams and electronic components are fallen and supplied in notch grooves 31, 31a... formed in drums 26 and 26a from the plate 10b in the front row. Induction inclined plates 12 and 12a are respectively formed between the plate 10b in the front row and the drums 26 and 26a. The plates 10, 10a and 10b, which are moved up and down, and the plates 12 and 12a are used and an alignment supply is performed without using an alignment function applying vibrations at all. Thereby, an effect due to the vibrations is inevitably avoided and the accurate alignment supply can be performed.
