PURPOSE:To reduce the friction between the inner peripheral surface of a core assembling member and a contact surface of a rim well part by composing a radial directional inside part, which forms the inner peripheral surface of a tire-core assembling member, of the resin material having excellent sliding property and high heat resistance, and other part except for the radial directional inside part of the material having high rigidity and low specific gravity respectively. CONSTITUTION:A core assembling member 10 which consists of two or more circular members 11 is formed into an annular form by overlapping both ends 11A, 11B of each circular member 11 with each other for connection. The inner peripheral surface of the core assembling member 10 is fitted in the peripheral surface of a well part 14A of a rim 14, to which bead part 12A of a pneumatic tire 12 is fixed, to rotate freely. In this case, other parts except for a radial directional inside part of the core assembling member 10 is made of the material having high rigidity and low specific gravity. The resin material 20, which has excellent sliding property along the circumference and high heat resistance, is fixed to the radial directional inside part 10A forming the inner peripheral surface of the core assembling member 10. |
