PURPOSE:To obtain a stable and distinct image by using a photosensitive body formed by arranging alternately an electrode part and an insulating part in the shape of a band on an insulating supporting body, and laminating a photoconductive body layer on said part. CONSTITUTION:As for a photosensitive body 1, an electrode part 1c and an insulating layer 1b are formed alternately in the shape of a band in the direction vertical to the moving direction of the photosensitive body 1, on an insulating supporting body 1d, and also on said part, a photosensitive layer 1a having sensitivity in both polarities is laminated. As for the supporting body 1d, that which has formed a resin film of polyester, etc. in the shape of a sheet or a belt, or that which has applied a synthetic resin onto the surface of a cylindrical resin or metal, etc. are used. A photoresist is applied onto such a supporting body 1d, and a band-shaped mask pattern is exposed, and thereafter, developed, by which a band-shaped insulating layer 1b is formed. Subsequently, a conductive resin which has dispersed colloidal silver is painted into a groove part between said insulating layers 1b, and the electrode part 1c of a band shape is formed. Also, on this part, the photosensitive layer 1a is formed by means of applicetion, etc. by a penetrating method, by which the photosensitive body 1 is obtained. By using this photosensitive body 1, a stable and distinct image is obtained. |
