PURPOSE:To realize simplification of system and stabilization of operation by separating the power supply line of an oscillation circuit which oscillates a clock signal of internal circuit from the power supply line for the other circuits. CONSTITUTION:Power is supplied to the inverter circuits IV1, IV2 with the power supply terminal of gate array GARY and power supply terminal from which wiring is separated and wiring. Thereby, it is prevented that noise generated on the power supply line due to the through-wave of COMS inverter circuits IV1, IV2 during the oscillating operation of the oscillation circuit appears on the operating volage of gate array GARY and even when a comparatively large noise is generated in the oscillation circuit side, the gate array side can be operated stably with stable operating voltage. Moreover, since an oscillating circuit which forms lock signal is comprized within the logic integrated circuit such as gate array, etc., a logic integrated circuit which operates with individual lock can be realized and the system can be simplified. |
