PURPOSE:To install magazine cassettes at a loader part and an unloader part and to make possible the housing and delivery of magazines by a method wherein an IC device is provided with a pair of front and rear guide frames, of which a magazine housing space is formed, an engaging pawl and a stopper mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An opening 34 is provided in each lower end part of guide frames 31, of which a magazine housing space 33 is formed, an engaging pawl 35 is installed in this opening 34, the pawl 35 is controlled its rotation to the lower direction by actuating engaging members, such as a lever 38 and the like, but is accepted its rotation to the upper direction. Thereby, the acceptance of magazines M from the lower direction is accepted and at the same time, when the pawl 35 is moved in pushing and rotated by actuating the engaging member, it also becomes possible to deliver the magazines M from the space 33. Hereby, magazine cassettes are installed at a loader part and an unloader part and it becomes possible to enable these magazine cassettes to fulfill both functions of a function to take out the magazines M separately from each other and a function to house the magazines M. Moreover, the handling of the magazines M in an IC handler is very facilitated and each work of mounting and carrying-out of the magazines M can be automatized. |
