PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for peeling off a release sheet and to simplify work by preliminarily arranging sliced urethane foam in a mold and forming a surface material and subsequently injecting a urethane resin material. CONSTITUTION:Sliced urethane foam 1 is preliminarily arranged to the inner peripheral edge part 81 of a mold 8 and surface materials 61 are subsequently arranged to the inner bottom surface and upper surface of the mold 8. A urethane resin material is injected in the mold 8 and subsequently foamed to form a hard urethane foam molded body 6 which is, in turn, demolded to obtain hard urethane foam having the sliced urethane foam integrally provided to the peripheral edge thereof. |
