PURPOSE:To execute uniform electrostatic charge by weaving a conductive long fiber into a base cloth in the shape of a waveform, forming a brush fur whose tip part is shaped like a loop, and forming a charging brush by winding said fur to a roll core. CONSTITUTION:As for a charging brush 9, a brush fur 9b is formed by weaving a conductive long fiber of about 15-53mum containing carbon into a base cloth 9a in the shape of a waveform so that the electric resistance becomes about 10<2>-10<6>OMEGAcm, and the tip part of each brush fur 9b is shaped like a loop, and also the base part of the brush fur 9b is stuck to the base cloth 9a by means of adhesion, etc. Thereafter, the charging brush 9 is formed by winding the base cloth 9a to the periphery of a roll core 9c. |
