PURPOSE:To improve cooling characteristic, prevent insulation breakdown due to concentration of field and eliminate damage on insulation sheet and metal sheet by forming spaces for cooling in both sides of lead wire and holding such spaces with the tapered insulator. CONSTITUTION:The end portion 7a of a metal sheet 7 is bent toward inside, forming a bending portion 7b and a lead wire 15 is connected at the internal surface of the metal sheet 7 with a constant interval to such bending portion 7b. Therefore, the cooling spaces 16a are formed between the bending portion 7b and lead wire 15. Moreover, the tapered insulators 17b are provided with a constant interval in the opposite side of the bending portion 7b of lead wire 15 and the space 16b for cooling is formed between them. Moreover, the tapered insulator 17a is also provided at the external side of bending portion 7b. Thereby, temperature rise due to a lead current is suppressed and current application efficiency can be improved and the lead wire itself can be as much reduced in size. In addition, concentration of field at the extending part of lead wire 15 can be alleviated, local heating is prevented and insulation strength can be improved. |
