PURPOSE:To improve the workability of assembling cylindrical bodies and metallic members by holding an annular brazing filler metal with the tips of a pincette which is inserted into the hole thereof and is held open and inserting the brazing filler metal into the cylindrical body then closing the tips thereof and dropping and supplying the brazing filler metal onto a flange. CONSTITUTION:The many annular brazing filler metals 4 are preliminarily supplied into plural stepped recesses 13 of a jig 12 for lining up the brazing filler metal. The pincette 11 which is held closed in then lowered from the recess 13 and is inserted into the recess 13 to the extent at which the tips of large diameter parts (b), (b) enter the recess. The pincette 11 is then opened. The pincette 11 is removed from the recess 13 in this state and while the brazing filler metal 4 is held in the large diameter parts b, b, the brazing filler metal is separated from the recess 13 together with the pincette 11. The boundaries (c), (c) of the small diameter parts (a), (a) and large diameter parts (b), (b) of the pincette 11 are fitted into the hole 3' of a stud 3 inserted into and held by a stud containing hole 16. The pincette 11 is pushed to shrink and is further lowered to impose the metal 4 on the flange 10 and thereafter the pincette 11 is raised and is pulled from the hole 16. The brazing filler metal 4 and the flange 10 are thus assembled. |
