<p>To manufacture seat upholstery there is used a substrate which has a higher proportion of natural fibres than synthetic fibres. The blend yarn produced therefrom has natural fibres composed of wool fibres and ramie fibres. The weight proportion in the substrate of synthetic fibres, preferably polyester fibres, is 15-30%. A seat upholstery fabric manufactured from such a substrate offers high seat comfort, since the moisture transport through the fabric attains approximately the same rate as through a purely synthetic cover fabric.</p> |
