This method is characterised in that it consists, starting from any material (1) taken as base material having a surface exhibiting the profile, the contours, hollows and bosses which the final product is to exhibit in the area constituted by the said base material, in applying to the surface which will be the internal surface of the finished volume, at least one so-called template piece (2) which may or may not be hollow, in using the external surface of this template as a support for applying the malleable and/or flexible and/or elastic material (3) which will thus closely match all the contours and reliefs, the outermost edges of this latter material subsequently being rendered strongly bonded at (5) to the base material over virtually the entire perimeter along which the template bears on the latter. <IMAGE> |
