The invention relates to a device permitting presentation of documents and/or processing of information, placing in a bill book (ledger), and organisation of filing. It consists of a binding with movable leaves (pages) (loose-leaf binder), which is used horizontally, equipped with a desk (24) which can be unfolded and folded up as desired according to various embodiments for the consultation and presentation of documents. It may include insert sheets (guide cards) (25-26-27-28-29), which are dimensioned by type of separation into offset stages, indexed from left to right, and may be combined with perforated and grooved movable leaves (31). The device according to the invention is intended particularly for the industrial production of bindings with movable leaves and their accessories for the presentation and organisation of documents. <IMAGE>
