PURPOSE:To start and carry out an application with high efficiency by starting an application program of a work area after transferring the program to the work area of a client device. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 81 confirms whether a relevant application is held in a work area WORK of its own device (client device) or not (step S23). If not, a step S24 is carried out. In this step S24, the CPU 81 reads out a server control file MENUSRV.AZM provided at the side of a server 14. Then the CPU 81 starts the application according to the procedure of a starting procedure file CONFIG.AZM transferred to a YenWORKYenAP01 (step S28). Thus the application is quickly carried out.
