PURPOSE:To improve the total security of an information processor by adding a function to an information processor to count the input interruption time of a user to an input device. CONSTITUTION:A security device utilizes a timer means of an operating system which works with an information processor, and this processor carries out a program A107 and at the same time starts a program B108 as the timer interruption processing at each time interval designated by an interruption means 106. In addition both programs A107 and B108 share the value of a time counter means 109 set in an area of a main storage and monitors the input interruption time of a user. Then both programs work in response to each other. Thus the total security is improved for the information processor. |
