PURPOSE:To prepare the title compsn. which, when cured, gives a non-shrinking foam having a fine closed-cell structure and excellent in elasticity and mechanical strengths by compounding a specific polyoxyalkylenediol, a specific polyoxyalkylenetriol, and an org. polyisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is prepd. by reacting a polyol mixture comprising 75-95wt.% polyoxyalkylenediol obtd. by polymerizing alkylene oxides contg. 50wt.% or higher ethylene oxide and having a mol.wt. of 400-1,000 and 25-5wt.% polyoxyalkylenetriol obtd. by polymerizing alkylene oxides contg. 50wt.% or higher ethylene oxide and having a mol.wt. of 5,000-10,000 with an org. polyisocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups in the molecule in an equivalent ratio of NCO/OH of 1.6-2.5.
