The device according to the invention involves a first support (7) exhibiting, on one side, a plane face (12) and, on the side opposite this plane face, a plurality of connection elements (i) to which a bed of nails may be connected, and two other supports (8, 9) exhibiting two parallel plane faces (10, 11), which extend perpendicular to the plane face (12) of the first support (7), and a flexible printed circuit (13), which is fixed to the said plane faces (10, 11, 12), is electrically connected to the elements (i) and is equipped, in the region of the supports (7, 8, 9), with electronic components and with a connector (15) exhibiting a number of connection pads (areas) less than that of the elements (i).
