PURPOSE:To improve thermal shock resistance and superconductive characteristics and to obtain highly magnetic shield characteristics by decreasing the thickness of a bismuth superconductive layer in a specified region of the end part of a laminate wherein the bismuth superconductive layer is formed on a noble metal base body in the end part direction. CONSTITUTION:A layer made of a Bi-superconductive body raw material is formed on a noble metal base body and it is dried and sintered to obtain an oxide wuperconductive laminated body wherein the metal base body and the Bi- superconductive layer are integrated in a body. In this case, the end part 5 of the Bi-superconductive layer 3 is inclined linearly or in a recessed shape in the end part 4 direction of an Ag base body 2 to form it so as to decrease the Bi-superconductive layer at the part positioned in a specified region form the end part of the laminated body in the end part direction and to make the thickness thinner than the thickness in the other region of the laminate. The thickness of the noble metal base body may be simultaneously decreased in the same end part region. for example, the end part 5 of the Bi-superconductive layer 3 is linearly inclined and at the same time, the thickness of the end part 4 of the Ag base body 2 is decreased with a little curved line. |
