PURPOSE:To obtain the subject sweetening having a uniformly distributed sweet rate and properties preferable for a table sweetening by blending a raw material aspartame powder with the other raw material sugar powder and spraying a small quantity of water, etc., at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A powdery raw material, e.g. mainly composed of 0.5pts.wt. aspartame and 99.5pts.wt. sugar is mixed and, e.g. 0.75pts.wt. water or an aqueous binder solution is sprayed at the same time, thus giving the objective sweetening. |
