PURPOSE:To realize a small, high-efficiency system by integrating a pumping motor, a waste filter, a slanted tray and a heating container etc. with one another around a lamp for irradiating ultraviolet and visible rays. CONSTITUTION:A partition wall bulb 5 allowing transmission of bactericidal radiation therethrough is installed in such a manner as surrounding a low pressure mercury electric-discharge lamp 1 and a clad portion between the partition wall bulb 5 and a quartz bulb 2 serves as a water flow passage 9 and a water flow introducing nozzle 10 and a water flow takeout nozzle are mounted to the respective portions of the end of the water flow passage. An outer tube bulb 8 is installed in such a manner as surrounding the partition wall bulb 5 and the clad between the outer tube bulb 8 and the partition wall bulb 5 is held in a state of vacuum so as to form a thermally shielded space 6 and a fluorescent material film 7 is applied to the inside of the outer tube bulb 8. Bactericidal radiation from a bactericidal lamp irradiates the water flow passage 9 and destroys bacteria in water flow and excites the fluorescent material film applied to the inside of the outer tube bulb and illuminates the inside of a water tank, making ornamental fishes and waterweeds look prettier. |
