<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet with excellent three dimensional effect and an emboss decorative film by a method wherein an underlayer consisting of colored material or printed matter, and a transparent or semi-transparent thermosetting resin layer bonded to the underlayer are formed on a base and a number of projected parts or recessed parts are formed partly at high density or at low density on the surface, and the projected parts the recessed parts are provided with a mirror face. CONSTITUTION:A decorative sheet 10 consists of a base material 12 consisting of a plywood, a metal sheet, a plastic sheet etc., an under layer 14 consisting of a colored product or a printed product adhering to the surface of the base material with an adhesive and a transparent or semi-transparent thermosetting resin layer 16 adhering to or bonded on this under layer. On the surface of the thermosetting resin layer 16, a number of projected parts 16a or recessed parts 16b are formed partly at a high density or at a low density so as to constitute wholly a required picture pattern and both the top of these projected parts 16a and the outer face of these recessed parts 16a and the outer face of these recessed parts 16b are respectively made into a smooth mirror face.</p> |
