发明名称 FOAMED URETHANE RESIN HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the title practical material which has good heat insulation properties and compressive strength by mixing a blowing agent comprising flon 123 with a foam stabilizer comprising a siloxane-containing silicone polyether copolymer in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:A foamed urethane resin heat-insulation material is prepared by using a blowing agent (A) comprising dichlorotrifluoroethane (flon 123) and a foam stabilizer comprising 100pts.wt. polyol and 0.5-5pts.wt. silicone polyether copolymer of a siloxane content of 12-20%. Although a conventional foamed urethane resin heat insulation material prepared by using blowing agent A is lacking in heat insulation properties and compressive strength and hence is poorly practical, the use of the foam stabilizer B serves to provide a urethane foam having a suitably controlled cell diameter and good heat insulation proper ties and compressive strength.
