PURPOSE:To enable both cooling and heating to be carried out, facilitate an inspection as well as maintenance and improve reliability in operation by a method wherein a hydraulic motor is applied as a driving source, a compressor is operated to generate compressed air and when cold air is to be generated, the air is passed through a heat exchanger to decrease temperature and when hot air is generated, it is utilized while its high temperature is kept. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic oil generated by a hydraulic pump mounted on a high location working vehicle is circulated to drive a hydraulic motor 6. A compressor 7 is operated to produce compressed air. In summer season, compressed air generated by the compressor 7 is passed through a heat exchanger 8 under an operation of a cold air or hot air changing-over valve 10 and at the same time the air is cooled by a fan 17 and discharged from a cold air injection hole 25 of a working vest B. In winter season, hot compressed air is fed from hot air supplying hoses 11A and 11B directly to the working vest B by the cold air or hot air changing-over valve 10 and at the same time the hot air is discharged out of the hot air injection holes 25. |
