摘要 PURPOSE:To minimize re-scattering by eliminating unnecessary hammering and to enhance dust collection efficiency, by performing the hammering of an electrode on the basis of the change in an operational voltage value generated when dust is adhered and accumulated to the electrode. CONSTITUTION:The voltage signal detected by the voltage divider 4 of a DC high voltage power source apparatus 3 is inputted to comparators 12-1-12-3 through an amplifier 11 and compared with the set values, VH, VN, VL of respective setting devices VR-1-VR-3 to determine an output position. That is, when the inputted voltage signal is rated voltage, the comparators 12-1, 12-3 are not turned ON and said voltage signal is inputted to a monostable multivibrator 13 from the comparator 12-2. When dust is adhered and accumulated to a discharge electrode 1 and a dust collection electrode 2, operational voltage rises or falls. When the voltage signal exceeds the set voltage values VH, VL, an output signal emits a hammering order through an OR circuit 15 and a transistor 16.
