摘要 PURPOSE:To surely control a semiconductor switch without using a floating power source by providing a high frequency oscillating circuit, a control signal output circuit, first and second transistors TRs, an inductance coil, and a third flywheel diode. CONSTITUTION:A main TR Q0, a high frequency oscillating circuit 5, a control signal output circuit 7, first and second TRs Q1 and Q2, an inductance coil 3, and a third fly-wheel diode 4 are provided. A control circuit 6 is provided which outputs an on/off control signal to the base terminal of the second TR Q2, based on the control signal of the control signal output circuit 7 and the pulse signal of the high frequency oscillating circuit 5. Thus, a transfer current is surely supplied to the gate terminal of a semiconductor switch in the range of 0 to 100% duty to surely control this switch without using a floating power source, and the device is made compact and low-cost.
