The continuous rotary bottle-filling machine has bottle-neck grips on vertical slides, each with a roller running along a control track. A filler head on a vessel for the liquid has a seal below its valve seat for the bottle mouth. A locking device secures the slide int he upper filling position, in which a spring presses the bottle mouth against seal. The grip (5) moves in the vertical direction in relation to the slide, being supported from it by a spring (8). The seal is fixed in the vertical direction immediately below the valve seal.
