The applicator hollow gripper connects to an axially aligned, relatively rotatable threaded section with centre fill cavity. A fitted threaded sleeve acts on a threaded spindle which is axially located in and rotates in the gripper. A sleeved end pusher acts on the pasty fill. Apart from the sleeve (48) the pusher (44) has a piston (46), which is enclosed by the sleeve and is connected to the spindle tip. The threaded section consists of a fill container, which can be plugged onto or removed from the gripper, and locks in place.
