For installation of an electric cooking plate (2) in an installation panel (4) of an electric cooker (1), a flat arrangement is envisaged, the electric cooking plate (2) being surrounded by a support ring (3) of wide and flat design, which covers a large annular gap (11) between a peripheral surface (7) of a tray-shaped recess (5) and of an edge (10) of a cooking plate member (9), and rests on the installation panel (4) by means of an outer edge (12) of the support ring (3) which is arranged outside a peripheral bead (8). The electric cooking plate (2) is provided with a cooking plate connection (16) which, in the installed state, is passed through an opening (18) and designed as an anti-rotation element for the electric cooking plate. Simple and positionally accurate installation of an electric cooking plate (2) is thus guaranteed. <IMAGE> |
