PURPOSE:To make the operation of a hydro-booster pump ineffective by installing a valve device which shuts down communication of a reservoir with the hydro-booster pump, between the reservoir and the suction side of the hydro- booster pump. CONSTITUTION:A switching valve 80 is of two-position type which can make changing-over between a shut-down position A and a communication position B. The switching valve 80 is generally at the communication position B, however, when prescribed pressure is accumulated in an accumulator 40 at the time of anti-skid control, it is controlled so as to change over to the shut-down position A. Therefore, an anti-skid starting signal from a controller and a signal from a pressure switch 42 are used respectively as the control signals of a pressure valve 80. When the switching valve 80 is at the shut-down position A, hydraulic liquid is not supplied to hydro-booster pumps 71, 72 from a reservoir 14 side, so it is possible to make the operation of their pumps ineffective. |
