<p>PURPOSE:To accurately control traveling speed and tension by providing a take-up reel driving torque calculating part and a take-up reel driving part to be driven based on a detecting result of a speed error detecting part. CONSTITUTION:Take-up reel driving torque is calculated by the take-up reel driving torque calculating part 117 based on a calculating result of a supply reel winding diameter calculating part 113, and a data showing the rotation of a guide roller 32 is led to a speed detecting part 109 to calculate the traveling speed of a magnetic tape, and based on these calculations, a take-up reel driving part 112 is controlled. Moreover, the calculating result of the supply reel winding diameter calculating part is given to a supply reel driving part 115, and at the same time, supply reel driving torque is controlled based on the calculating result of the speed detecting part. Then, the data showing the rotation of the guide roller is also led to the supply reel winding diameter calculating part, and a calculating result is sent out by the supply reel winding diameter calculating part to a tape tension control torque calculating part 114, so as to control the supply reel driving part 115. By this method, the traveling speed and tension are controlled with high accuracy.</p> |
