PURPOSE:To confirm that not only a signal processing part but also a radio reception part is normally operated by displaying data with the brightness corresponding to the supply current value of the signal processing part. CONSTITUTION:A signal processing part 3 is provided with a means which repeats the first state where the current in the high level is requested from a battery 9 to process the signal from a radio reception part 2 and the second state where the current in the low level is requested from the battery 9 to temporarily stop this processing, and a pulse converting part 10 is provided which interrupts the current from the battery 9. A rectifying part 11 which rectifies the output of this pulse converting part 10 to give it to the signal processing part 3 and generates a signal to interrupt the pulse converting part 10 in a duty ratio corresponding to the value of this rectified current and an operation state display device 12 which changes the brightness of display in accordance with the duty ratio shown by the output of the pulse converting part 10 are provided. Thus, it is confirmed whether not only the signal processing part 3 but also the radio reception part 2 is normally operated or not.
