PURPOSE:To reduce equipment cost, by providing a raw water pump for taking in waste water and a treated water pump for taking out treated water. CONSTITUTION:An inlet pipe 6' connected to a raw water pump 6 is provided so as to permit the inflow of tank washing water and washing rinse water and waste water is made quiet in a plurality of partition chambers to be subjected to purifying treatment. The outlet pipe 7' connected to a treated water pump 7 sends treated water to the water tank or water scattering taps of a flash toilet and subjected to supply operation corresponding to a demand. Waste water is stored in the first partition chamber and treated in the second partition chamber 42 equipped with partition plates 45 and an aeration device 8 while treated water is stored in the third partition chamber 43. By this method, water saving becomes passing and this apparatus can contribute to the enhancement of a living environment in an urban area.
