Reaction prods. of epoxidised ricinoleic acid glycerides with SO3 are made by reating teh epoxidised ricinoleic acid glycerides with a dry stream of gaseous SO3 diluted with a carrier gas, and reacting the sulphited prod. with a nucelophile.
