A shoe (10), especially a low shoe, with a sole (12) and an upper (14) in which the upper (14) has an aperture (16) for a human foot is distinguished in that in the heel region of the shoe (10) there is at least one heel moulding (42) which is rotatably (D) fitted to enlarge the aperture so that the shoe may be put on and taken off. Such a shoe can quickly and easily be put on and taken off without additional aids and without any great physical effort.
