A high pressure mixing head for at least two fluids, such as polyurethane components, has a housing, a middle part and an inner part which together form separately fed annular co-axial passages. There is no mixing chamber and the components are mixed outside the head where they expand into an intermingling jet. The head can be controlled pneumatically or hydraulically and the valve openings can be varied with adjusting rings . USE/ADVANTAGE - The mixing of highly reactive components can be interrupted when required and the fluids recirculated to the supply tanks without contamination. (4pp Dwg.No.0/3)
