PURPOSE:To offer a device with strainer to be removed easily for cleaning in case of clogging and protect the pump by providing a strainer unit outside the tank. CONSTITUTION:A strainer unit 13 is provided outside the tank 10. The cutting oil 9 in the tank 10 is led into the strainer unit 10 by the pump 19 and filtered. As a result, the strainer 30 can easily be removed for cleaning, in case the strainer 30 of the strainer unit 13 happens to be clogged. The pump 19 can also be protected.
