PURPOSE:To send surely the content of announcement broadcast to terminal subscribers by providing a means recording a received broadcast using an announcement broadcast receiver, a means displaying the recording state of the broadcast and its confirming means to each terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When the announcement broadcast from a center equipment 3 is started, a CPU 17 of a terminal equipment 16 connected via a branching filter 15 discriminates reception information, lights an announcement lamp 34 and commands the start of recording to a voice synthesis unit 30. Then a voice signal of the announcement broadcast received by an announcement broadcast receiver 22 is converted into a recording data by the unit 30 and written in a RAM 32 in real time. When the announcement broadcast is finished, the recording is stopped and the lamp 34 is changed over into the blink state. When the terminal subscriber listens to the broadcast, the lamp 34 goes off by the operation of an acknowledgment button 36 and an acknowledgment data is sent to the equipment 3. When the terminal subscriber is absent or does not reply, the blinking of the lamp 34 continues and the presence of recording is displayed continuously to attain the sure notice of the arrival of broadcast.
