MEASURING AND DISPLAYING STOPPAGE TIME OF AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE:To use a stoppage time measuring and displaying device for regulation of nuisance parking and illegal parking by utilizing the holder of a side mirror mounted on the outside of an automobile to successively measure stoppage time and forcedly display it. CONSTITUTION:A measuring display device 3 for measuring the time from the stoppage of an automobile and momentarily displaying it is provided in the inner part of the holder 2 of a fender mirror 1 so that the time 5 of a time display part 4 can be read by the back rear surface of holder. The time display part 4 has a pilot lamp 6, so that it can attract attention during time counting and the displayed time is easy to read even in the night. Thus, the measurement and display of stoppage time are forcedly performed and utilized ford discovery and prevention of nuisance parking and illegal parking.
