PURPOSE:To reduce a changeover time by preparing a plurality of positions wherein the positions of inner- and outer-circumferential specimen containers can be detected at the same time and making a plurality of changeover positions. CONSTITUTION:A sampler unit 1 is composed of a specimen table 2, driving unit for rotating it and a control system for conducting a positioning. The specimen table 2 is formed with a row 3 of normal specimen containers charged with a specimen to be analyzed in a plurality of openings on the side of an outer circumference and a row 4 of special specimen containers charged with a reference specimen, a specimen for an urgent inspection and the like in a plurality of openings on the side of an inner circumference. Those containers 11 are revolutionally transferred to specimen sucking positions 5 and 5' according to demand. A positioning controller, provided with a detecting plate 8 formed with a hole for detecting brightness, positions the inner- and outer- circumferential specimen containers. The detecting plate 8 is provided with a plurality of positions 13 wherein the inner- and outer-circumferences are detected at the same time.
