摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce hysteresis by providing plungers for rotating a second shaft in relation to a first shaft symmetrically on both circumferential sides of the projecting parts of the second shaft so as to prevent the generation of difference in rotational resistance whichever direction the second shaft is rotated. CONSTITUTION:A two-stage torsion bar 4 is provided in the state of passing through an input shaft 1, an intermediate shaft 2 and an output shaft 3, and an outer sleeve 45 is rotatably fitted between an inner sleeve 44 fitted to the lower peripheral surface of the input shaft 1 and the inner peripheral surface of a housing 5. In such structure, recessed parts 46 extended radially outward from two symmetrical places are formed at the lower part of the input shaft 1, and oil pressure chambers 48, 49 of approximately triangular cross section are formed at the peripheral surface on both circumferential sides of the recessed parts 46. Vertical two-stage plunger guide holes 50, 53 are further formed in the wall between the recessed parts and the respective oil pressure chambers 48, 49, and plungers 51, 54 are slidably fitted into the respective holes 50, 53. In this case, the second plunger 54 is disposed symmetrically with the first plunger 51 in relation to the recessed part 46, and the respective plungers 51, 54 are brought into contact with the projecting parts 47 of the intermediate shaft 2.
