<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture or lay a long-size cable without causing twisting of the cable by disposing a feed turn table and a winding turn table in such a manner as being rotated in opposite directions. CONSTITUTION:In a device for manufacturing or laying long-size cables, turn tables are used in feeding and winding a cable 4 and flow lines of the cable 4 between a feed turn table and a winding turn table are made to cross each other in the shape of S or Z when seen from a plane above, so that the cable 4 can be fed or wound. Twisting of the cable is thereby caused in opposite directions on the feeding side and winding side of the cable and is canceled out, so that the cable does not remain twisted even with a short rectilinear portion of the flow lines.</p> |
