PURPOSE:To increase the processing ability of a communication controller, by making scanning only as to the lines started with a control program, etc. CONSTITUTION:A line address signal BAR is decoded at a decode circuit in a start address storage circuit. Among the lines instructed with start every line scanning once, nonscanning line address only is reset and after the end of scanning of the address for the entire lines instructed for start is made, a nonscanning line address storage register which newly sets the content of the said start address storage circuit is provided in a scan address control circuit, and the line address having the highest priority among the nonscanning line addresses stored in the said nonscanning line address storage register is selected with the scanning line address forming circuit and scanning is made only to the line instructed for the start. |
