The connection is formed by a male end and a female end. The male end comprises a sleeve formed by a ferrule (12) whose diameter is equal to the internal diameter of a tube (2) and by a ferrule (13) concentric with the ferrule (12) and whose diameter is equal to the external diameter of the tube (2). The ferrules (12, 13) are joined by a ring (17). The male end is completed by a converging ferrule (19) extending from the ferrule (12). The female end comprises a sleeve formed by a ferrule (25) having the same conical form as the ferrule (19), but divergent, whose minimum diameter is equal to the internal diameter of the pipe (7) and by a ferrule (26) whose diameter is equal to the external diameter of the pipe (7). The ferrules (25, 26) are joined by a ring (29). Means are provided to fix each extremity of the tube into its sleeve. For an insulated flexible conduit, the sleeves, mounted on the extremities of the internal tubes (2, 7), are completed by ferrules (14, 27) whose diameters are equal to the external diameters of the external tubes (3, 8) and fitted onto their extremities. The ferrules (13, 14) are concentric and connected by distance pieces (20, 21). In the same way the ferrules (26, 27) are concentric and connected by distance pieces (31, 32). Means are provided to prevent smoke from escaping.
