<p>PURPOSE:To realize the configuration of an automation line system with high efficiency by controlling working sequence data for material to be worked and a conversion file comprehensively by a high-order controller, and generating the conversion file which performs the division of a production line to specification/derivation division, etc.,at every working process of the production line by a middle-order controller. CONSTITUTION:The working content of the material (a) to be worked is set and stored at every specification and derivation, etc., by the high-order controller (c), and information with respect to them are distributed to plural low-order controllers (e) by using a network. Also, the conversion file which performs the division of the production line to the specification/derivation division, etc., at every working process is generated by the middle-order controller (d), and the conversion file is distributed to the high- order controller (c). Therefore, the working content of the material (a) to be worked an be managed comprehensively by the high-order controller (c). In such a way, it is possible to reduce man-hours for the input or the change of working sequence and the conversion file, and also, to heighten operability for a line operation, and to improve the efficiency of production controlling by heightening the controlling efficiency of data.</p> |
