摘要 PURPOSE:To cause a detecting rotation position to constantly accurately coincide with an actual rotation position even when a slip occurs as friction drive is employed for a rotary drive part by mounting an error absorbing means in a state that a position where the error absorbing means is mounted to a rotary table is regulatable. CONSTITUTION:In a rotation stop position, an error produced between the actual rotation position of a base plate rotary table and a detecting position detected by a detecting means due to a slip during friction drive is eliminated by engaging a positioning pin 108 with regulation holes 98a - 98d formed in a rotary table 38. As a result, accumulation of an error in a rotation position due to the slip is prevented from occurring. Since an error absorbing means 96 is mounted in a state that a position where the error absorbing means is mounted to the rotary table 38 is regulatable, the mounting of the error absorbing means 96 is extremely accurately requlated. As a result, positioning of the rotary table 38 is extremely accurately performed.
