摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize the correct winding-up of fiber bundle without sagging by repeating a series of procedures in which a fiber is wound around a wind up member to form a ring part, passed round the outer periphery of a boss part core member, returned again to the ring part side and wound around the boss part core member from other position of the ring part. CONSTITUTION:A guide 31 is operated by a robot 24 so as to bend a long fiber F to a mounting shaft 28 side from one of three notched grooves 33, 34 and 35 provided on a wind up member 26, for example, the notched groove 33. By traveling the guide 31 between the wind up member 26 and a boss piece 27 mounted at the tip part of the mounting shaft 28, the long fiber F is wound to a groove 27a formed on the outer periphery of the boss piece 27 and returned to the notched groove 33 of a ring part 2 again. The long fiber F is passed through a course (14) to turn round the circular arcuate portion of the peripheral groove 25 of the wind up member 26 and through a course (15) to wind around the groove 27a of the boss piece 27 from a notched groove 34, which is provided at a position different from that of the notched groove 34, and a course (16) to return to the notched groove 34 again. Thus, two fiber bundles branched off from the ring part 2 to a boss part 2 are formed.
